Project process

Commercial cleaning, three-course patching, and TRC-990 silicone and elastomeric protection.

We used a commercial roof cleaner and power-washed the entire roof surface, performed a three-course patch system to seal cracks around penetrations and scuppers, and repaired parapet wall cracks using 600-T rubberized stucco.
